  • Cancellations:
    Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee changes, as your order may already be in processing or transit.

  • Subscriptions or Recurring Orders (if applicable):
    You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before the next billing date through your account portal or by contacting our support team.

  • Failed or Refused Deliveries:
    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, we can resend it once additional shipping fees are covered.
